The London Buyer's Briefing
Thank you to everyone who joined us on 27th May. The first London Buyer's Briefing was a genuinely interesting evening — a sharp market outlook from Hamptons, good questions, and tours of the show homes over drinks. We'll be sharing highlights from the presentation here shortly.
The London Buyer's Briefing was an evening of independent market research, hosted at Keybridge for those approaching a London property purchase. The format was considered: a 30-minute briefing from the Hamptons research team, followed by a tour of our new show homes and the hotel-style amenities on-site, with drinks and canapés throughout the evening.
A purchase in London in 2026 will be made against a particular set of conditions: shifting interest rate expectations, the return of international demand, and a top-of-market dynamic that has moved meaningfully over the past twelve months.
Decisions of this scale benefit from independent context — and the year ahead rewards those who approach it well-informed.
